I just had another extremely positive experience with Mark Brandon's office with Carol. Carol was very friendly and thoroughly reviewed my auto policy and made a few suggestions on how I could lower my premium based on the age of my car and my employment status. I appreciate the time and effort Carol spent to help me understand the options I currently have, and how I could make adjustments to lower my 6-month premium.
